One Account Policy

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

vhai88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• ৳12,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000

General Bonus Terms

• After accepting a bonus, withdrawals cannot be made until the stated wagering requirement is met.

• If a bonus is misused through multiple accounts, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All users must follow the rules below while playing on vhai88.

• The outcome of all bets and games is determined based on the applicable game rules.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug or error in the game software will be considered void.
• If a game is interrupted due to a server or connection failure, vhai88's system logs will be considered the final record.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

• Extended period of inactivity

Closed by user

You can close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. If your account closure request is being processed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance (if applicable conditions are met).

If a self-exclusion request has been made under responsible gaming, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.
